I stayed at a hotel across the street from Burritos Lalo and thus I decided to give this a try. I was in the mood for breakfast(they serve breakfast all day) thus that is what I had. I ordered the scrambled bacon and egg plate, and loved the fact that it came with hash brown, beans and my choice of corn or flower tortillas. I loved it! While the business name makes mention burritos, I can tell you first hand their breakfast plate is awesome! Located on H street next to Albertson's. I accidentally got handed someone else's order and didn't realize it till after skating home with the food. They saved the night and satisfied my pregnant girlfriend's cravings and made her happy. When I called about it they went out of their way to make it right and remade my order fresh and even delivered it to me without additional charge and the food was delicious. It was an overall a good experience and their efforts made sure of that.
Burritos Lalo is a small hole in the wall Mexican restaurant near Albertsons in Lompoc. It is nothing fancy, just a restaurant in a strip mall. The inside is simple and very small. Their service is great and their food is even better. It is simple but tasty and pretty quick for what you get. The prices are about the same as most fast food joints but you get more for your money here. It is one of my favorite places to eat in Lompoc. If you like chips and salsa, don't forget to get a tub of salsa to go. Probably the best salsa in the area.
Soup was amazing. Great depth of flavor! You could tell a lot of love and time went into the broth.
We ordered chicken and asada soft taco platters. They come with beans, rice, salsa, and chips. We have ordered twice now for last-minute family get togethers. Platters will serve 6-7 people and everyone loves the tacos!! Easy and affordable for small get togethers!!
I stopped by after I got out of Ross. I was really hungry. The smell of fresh chips was in the air. The ladies working there were really nice. The made us feel right at home. My brother and I had a great meal there. I had 4 carnitas tacos with the rice and beans. The carnitas had good flavor and were not dry, the rice and beans we good also.my brother had the enchilada combo with a corona. I’m not a fan of corn tortilla enchiladas, but they were really good.I would recommend this place for a quick bite. Reasonable priced in this economy.

I remember getting food from Burrito Lalo (Loco back then) when we moved into our house 24 years ago. We have NEVER been disappointed in the food. Today it was just as delicious as back then. They also have the best salsa!
